Apple Puff Pastry Desert

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 Green Apples
• 6 tablespoons Honey
• 6 teaspoons Pistachios (Antep Pistachios)
• 6 pieces Puff Pastry Sheets

METHOD:

  1. Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish. Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. (Remember to leave some space between them)
  2. Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top.
  3. Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. After baking, flip the desserts and serve by dusting powdered sugar on top.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
